How to Add Funds with UPI (and USDT) on smmify
Step-by-step: adding money to your smmify wallet with PhonePe, Google Pay or Paytm, or with USDT TRC20, plus what to do if a payment doesn't show.

With UPI (default)
- Log in and open Add Funds.
- Enter an amount, ₹100 or more.
- Click Pay with UPI. You'll go to a secure payment page.
- Scan the QR or choose your UPI app and approve.
- You're sent back to smmify. The wallet updates automatically, usually within a minute.
With USDT (TRC20)
- On Add Funds, switch to Crypto (USDT TRC20).
- Enter the amount in USD.
- You'll see a QR code, our TRC20 address, and an exact amount with extra decimals, e.g. 10.0347 USDT.
- Send exactly that amount on the TRON (TRC20) network.
- Once it confirms on-chain (usually 1–3 minutes), your wallet is credited in rupees at the rate shown.
If the payment doesn't show
- UPI: wait 5 minutes and refresh. If money was debited and nothing shows after 30 minutes, open a ticket with the UPI reference number.
- USDT: make sure you sent the exact amount on TRC20. Press "I've paid, check now" on the payment screen. Still missing? Open a ticket with the transaction hash.
Refund policy
Wallet top-ups can't be refunded to your bank or wallet. Failed, cancelled and partial orders are refunded to your smmify balance automatically. Read the refund policy.
