Terms of service

By creating an account or placing an order on smmify.in ("smmify", "we") you agree to these terms.

1. The service

smmify sells social media marketing services such as followers, likes, views, members and similar engagement, delivered to public links you provide. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Google, Telegram, X, TikTok, Spotify or any other platform. Platform names are used only to describe services.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• You may only order services for accounts and content you own or are authorised to promote.
• You will not use the service to harass, impersonate, defame or harm anyone, to manipulate elections, or for anything illegal in India.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you use, and with advertising disclosure rules (such as ASCI guidelines) where they apply to you.
• Keep your login details secure. Activity on your account is your responsibility.

3. Orders and delivery

Start times and speeds in service names are estimates. Links must be public and stay public until an order completes. Changing a username, making an account private, or deleting content during delivery may cause an order to be cancelled or marked partial, with refunds handled as described in our refund policy. We don't guarantee any particular result from engagement (sales, reach, monetisation approval, or anything else).

4. Payments and wallet

Prices are in Indian Rupees. Orders are paid from your prepaid wallet. Wallet top-ups are final and non-refundable. Refunds for cancelled or partially delivered orders are credited back to the wallet. Crypto top-ups are credited in rupees at the rate displayed at the time you start the payment.

5. Drops and refill

Platforms may remove delivered engagement at any time. Services with a refill period will be topped up on request within that period, subject to the service remaining available. Services without refill carry no guarantee against drops.

6. Account suspension

We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks, abuse of support, or breach of these terms. Balance from fraudulent payments may be reversed.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for any action a platform takes on your account.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and our prices. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
