Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account: your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Orders: the public links and quantities you submit, and order status.
• Payments: amounts, payment references and status. Card/UPI details are handled by the payment partner and never stored by us. For crypto, the transaction hash.
• Technical: basic server logs (IP address, browser) for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To run your account, fulfil orders, process payments, prevent fraud and answer support requests. We don't sell your data and we don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Sharing

Order links are passed to our fulfilment partners so the order can be delivered. Payment information is shared with the payment partner to process your top-up. We may disclose data if required by Indian law.

Cookies

We use a single login cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies.

Retention and deletion

We keep order and payment records as required for accounting. You can ask us to delete your account by contacting support.
